The West Suffolk Hospital has a dedicated children’s ward called the Rainbow Ward.
This includes an inpatient ward, a Children’s Assessment Unit (CAU), and a children’s outpatients service with blood testing. The hospital also has a separate paediatric emergency department. We work with health, education, social care and other services to plan and support children’s care.
