Volunteering

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. There are many reasons why people choose to volunteer in the NHS, whether it be to meet new people, fill some spare time, develop new skills, or give something back for the care you, your family or friends may have received.
We will always value the time you give to volunteering with us because you will be supporting our staff, patients and visitors, and making a difference to their experience across our Trust.

There are various volunteer roles available in clinical and non-clinical areas in the hospitals, so if you are interested in applying to volunteer and would like more information about the volunteer roles, take a look at some of the different roles available.

If you aged between 16-19 or a university/postgraduate student, apply through our student programme.

Applying to volunteer with us is quick and easy. Simply use the button below.
