Publication scheme

This publication scheme is a guide and description of the information that is routinely published by our Trust and made publically available. We shall review the scheme at regular intervals and monitor how it is operating.

The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) has introduced a model publication scheme and a Health Sector Definition document.
