Need to book hospital transport?

Patient transport is no longer booked by West Suffolk Hospital unless you are an in-patient already in hospital needing transport home. If you require transport please call the number for the Ambulance Trust below. You will be asked a series of questions to determine whether or not you are eligible for free transport.
