Patient appointments on the forthcoming bank holiday, Monday 19 September

We are working through patient and staff changes being made as part of the forthcoming Bank Holiday for HM Queen Elizabeth II's funeral and will directly contact any patients whose appointments or procedures will need to be rescheduled.

Some of our clinics – phlebotomy and some obstetrics - are going ahead as normal, so if you don’t hear from us, then please attend for your appointment as planned. If you are unsure, please contact the relevant team.

Please note that community heart failure clinics have been cancelled and will be rescheduled. The community cardiac rehab team will be working administratively and may contact patients if required.

Any activity which is postponed will be rebooked as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

If you have an urgent, but not life-threatening health problem on the Bank Holiday Monday, please phone NHS 111 first before considering coming to our emergency department.
