New text message reminders being sent to our patients

Patients under the care of our Trust will begin to receive appointment reminders via text messages over the coming months.

As well as a reminder of an appointment, patients will also be able to access an online portal where they can view hospital letters which removes the confusion caused by lost letters or letters arriving in the wrong order.
