Have you received care from the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust?

If yes, the patient experience and engagement team invite you to complete a short survey.

They would like to understand your views to ensure the Trust can better improve people’s experience of our care and the equity and accessibility of our services.

The team is focused on several priorities, which patients helped to develop:

  • Ensure equality of access and the use of the accessible information standard (AIS) to improve the experience for all service users
  • Provide opportunities for patients, carers and families to give feedback in a variety of accessible ways, and ensure this is listened to and acted upon
  • Improve opportunities for patients to become involved with decisions affecting care, services and developments across the Trust.

The survey, which you can access here, is open until Friday, 31 March.

We look forward to hearing from you.
