  • Referrals will be vetted and undertaken by telephone and video-call where possible. Those that need to be seen in clinic will be offered a face-to-face appointment.
  • Priority is given to 2WW referrals and suspected cancer cases for clinic appointments.
  • The emergency ENT clinic is back up and running again, with limited availability of slots.
  • The Ear Care clinic is running in limited capacity, there is a delay for appointments.
  • Audiology services are running with limited capacity to ensure safe practice
  • The current waiting time for ENT 1st appointments is on average 25+ weeks.
  • Routine surgeries are running again with limited capacity with priority for cancer and urgent procedures.
