The clinical helpline is open between 10am and 6pm, seven days a week, to provide updates on patients. Contact the clinical helpline on 01284 713155.

Appointments 

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If you miss an appointment and have not called to cancel it, we may not be able to offer you another one.

Need to book hospital transport?

Patient transport is no longer booked by West Suffolk Hospital unless you are an in-patient already in hospital needing transport home. If you require transport please call the number for the Ambulance Trust below. You will be asked a series of questions to determine whether or not you are eligible for free transport. Transport booking line: 0845 8500774.
